    I have L4-L5 and L5-S1 bulged disc/ herniated disc problem. Started using Inversion table initially at 135 deg angle and for 5 min and felt very comfortable and relaxed for 5-6 days. Then I increased the angle by 10 deg and time by 5 min to 10 min and continued for another 10 days. May be because of the increase in time and angle, pain has increased when I stand or walk compared to earlier but has decreased compared to earlier while sitting.
    I do it at night 1-2 hrs before sleeping.
    I am going to reduce time and angle now and will inform you the impact further.

      I have L4 L5 herniated dics myself, and have had for 7 years. I have gone to 9 different chiropractors, and found it to be a waste of my time and money. They all gave up, and told me I needed surgery which something I have feared.
      I purchased an inversion table, and found it to be very painful when doing so. I ended up giving up. Thinking I may have exacerbated my condition. Now that I’m sitting here reading this, it has been years since I have used one, but now thinking back I may have started to do too much too soon. I am curious if using an inversion table has helped you any? If so how did u start out with the degree of angle? Any other information regarding the inversion table would be appreciated, and helpful.
